Normally I find Anna Piaggi´s style and look way too much, but this time something´s different. She is classic, yet stil inventive. I really like the funny goldmoccasins, the printTshirt and her statement necklace (I hate that word; statement-necklace, or statemente anything, but this must be the only correct way to describe it), and because the colors are matching instead of clashing, as the usually are in her looks, I like it. Dress with a cool-factor. I have absolutely no idea why, but right now I am so into DIY things that every picture I see, with people wearing somethin cool doesn´t make me wanna buy things, but make me wanna make things. Nice. Not that it is much cheeper than buying (however often it is, but I am a compulsive DIY´er, so not that cheap anyway), but it is so much more satisfying to do things than to buy them. This dress is a good idea.

But I haven´t got much time right now since the things I am DIY´ing at the momont are:

1 knitted waistcoat in norwegian/roman pattern and nice brownish colours

1 fur waistcoat (another one)

1 eagel claw necklace (oh yes indded I am inspired by Pamela Love)

1 sort of necklace or collar piece with stones and studds and fur

1 pair of harem pants

1 baby knitted blanket for my sisters child (though perhaps it does not count because it is sooo soon done)

... and perhaps some other stuff that I forgot (oh yeah, a multicoloured knitted scarf)

Apropos DIY-projekter, så kom jeg på at lave denne vest før jeg blev syg. Og jeg har ligget med den i sengen under hele influenzaen og skuttet mig når kulden var for slem (tiltrods for radiatoren stod på fem og der var varm the i mit krus). Den er varm og skøn og virkelig lækker med den draperede front. Hvorfor jeg ikke har tænkt over det før ved jeg ikke, men fedt er det med de draperede fronter.

Hvis man skulle få lyst til at eje en selv kan man skrive til min mail, så kreerer jeg den gerne for jer formedelst 1300 kr.

Pua, influenzaen er over os, eller den var i hvert fald over mig. Jeg har ligget syg i en uge og være ude af stand til at foretage mig noget som helst fornuftigt, andet end at drømme om de dejlige DIY-idéer jeg fik i mine feber-tåger. I´ve seen the Museum of Natural History, MoMA, Guggenheim, I´ve been strolling through East Village, Soho, Noho, NoLiTa, ad what ever it is called downtown, I´ve touched the Bulls Balls at Wall Street/Financial District and felt the money-aura down there, I´ve been Uptown, strolling through Park Avenue, Central Park and back to Madison Avenue, shopping my creditvcard to the limit in Barneys (not really true, but almost), so what to do now???? I can see via my google analytics that there some specific New Yorkers that follow this blog, you spend a hell lot of time looking here, so please help me. What do I miss???? Number of times that I said `uhhhhh´yesterday; a million, and one of the `uhhh´-s was due to this Chanel scarf with chains embroidered as a logo, plus chains haning down from both ends of the scarf. Wow, my good luck was that the shop was not open yet or else I had been mine now. But but but, loads of other things to buy, and they are much more important than a Chanel scarf. Yesterday the Alexander Wang T-shirt dress became mine, long, soft, beautiful and with a boatneck that can go just below the shoulder. Wuhu. Gotta get up and find some coffe and get ready for Metropolitan Museum plus perhaps Williamsburg :-)

While handling a Bulls balls, looking at skyline, tjekking out Wall Street as every real tourist must do in order to say they´ve been in New York I am looking forward to today (yesterday I was of course looking farward to tomorrow, which has converted into today as always happens) where we will be visiting Guggenheim and the Jewish Museum plus doing a bit of shopping. And when it comes to shopping I have now got the longest list of good shops to visit. I didn´t buy anything yet, but found a lot of things to buy.

Tak til Olsenanonymous og Copenhagenstreetstyle for inpiration til et fremtidigt DIY-projekt. Skindet er fundet og symaskinen smurt, så nu skal jeg lige komme mig over hovedpine, feber og efterårsforkølelse, så er der uglehalskæde og turban-pandebånd på vej.

Fantastiske Acne

Denne skønne kvinde fandt jeg på Stockholmstreetstyle, tjek siden ud, den er i min blogroll nederst på bloggen. Hun har kun Acne på og umiddelbart vil man måske mene at det er lidt ensformigt kun at iklæde sig et enkelt mærke. Det er som regel federe at blande. Men så vidt jeg husker stod der på sitet at hun arbejder for Acne, og så må jeg jo blankt erkende at dette er et fedt sæt uanset hvordan og fra hvilket mærke det er sammensat. Skoene kan du se på en anden kendis her. Selvom jeg er vild med dem vil jeg ikke købe dem, jeg fandt jo nogle på loppemarked som minder en del om dem... Ingen grund til flere investeringer i samme objekter:-)

She wears nothing but Acne, and some might think that it is boring wearing nothing but one brand, however this outfit works perfectly well plus this woman works for Acne, which may explain the singlemindedness concerning her clothes. The shoes is seen on it-girl Alexa Chung, link here. Even though I love the shoes I will not buy them because I was very lucky to find some similar on a fleamarket last week. No reason for more investments than neccesary:-))

Ok, honestly; are there anyone in the blogosphere who does not long for getting shot by the Sartorialist (though his girlfriends snapping you would be as preferable)? Oh snap, there you go, just follow the instructions set up by Refinery29 and the rest is history; you will get your tiny (if it is not tiny you won´t get there unless your name is Beth Ditto) unknown ass on the Sartorialist.

Since I had a sitemeter I have had a chance to notice that half of my visitors are from abroad. Which made me take a quick decision; my blog-pics defintely needs some textual accompaignemet in english; therefore I will from now on follow up with a text in english in every post i do.

Fede fund

Som lovet er der nu billeder af mine fine loppefund fra igår: En skøn pelsvest i sølvræv, en lækker taske (lidt a la Alexander Wang med lommer foran og lang kædehank), et par skindhandsker med sløjfe (som skal fjernes for at gøre plads til et DIY-projekt), en fed skindvest fra Won Hundred, et par wedges fra H&M, samt et par ferskenfarvede højtaljede vintageshorts (som desværre ikke er afbilledet her). Skindvesten røg allerede på igår, pelsvesten havde jeg sådan lyst til at tage på med det samme, men desværre må det nok vente lidt pga vejret. Dog skal den bruge over både min sorte og brune Rick Owens jakke, et lidt lækkert efterår kan det da nok se ud til at blive efterhånden. Weeee:-)

Imorges da jeg var på vej ud med min søde hund, kom jeg til at gå forbi et loppemarked. Og Puha, det er altså svært at gå rigtigt forbi, istedetfor at gå derind, så jeg endte med at komme hjem med armene fulde og en hund der så bebrejdende på mig over den kedelige tur, som den var blevet udsat for. Dog fik hun også en del kæl og klap og nu er vi på vej i hundeskoven for at gå en rigtig (kompensations-)tur.

Når jeg kommer tilbage tager jeg billeder af de fantastiske fund jeg gjorde på Loppis og deler dem med jer her! Men jeg kan afsløre at det er noget til efteråret.

New York moment with Cocorosa

Jeg sidder her og glæder mig til New York (yeaiii, har bestilt billetter og skal afsted til oktober) og nyder Cocorosas "My Precious Confessions"-blog. Og hvilke dyrebare tilståelser er det så hun kommer med? Lækker og virkelig unik stil, et smukt og glad smil og ikke mindst; det hele fra New York. Så kig med og bliv inspireret til tylskørt og parka i det smukkeste aftenlys:-)
